Articulation is a group of 9 women from across Canada who have taken the prestigious City and Guilds of London four-year program in Embroidery and Design. Following their graduation exhibition in March of 2004 they stayed together as a group and began their artistic careers by launching exhibitions and sales throughout Canada. The focus of this group is to use textiles as an expression of art, whether it be two dimensional (wall hangings and panels) or three dimensional (bags and boxes) - they take the traditional embroidery techniques and give them a contemporary twist.
